the best part for me because i was traveling for business was the free internet. I would have liked it to be WiFi instead of connected, but the fact if was free made up for it.. The staff is friendly,

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being both clean and sanitized. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a small pool and free breakfast. The location was perfect for my needs, being close to the airport and in a small shopping square with various shops and restaurants. I was able to find everything I needed, from TGI Friday's to Starbucks.

The hotel was fabulous and fairly clean. Very pleasant and super friendly staff. - the location was marvelous for exploring the area. - Close to a linked restaurant and the train into the center of Madrid.

Our room was practical, spotless, and equipped with a safe, a mini bar, and central heating.

The breakfast was ok - coould have been better

This hotel is pleasant with exceptionally nice employees especially the lovely receptionist. The room is quiet, practical comes with wonderful windows as well as balcony.

The twin room is bright with a balcony and shower, plus a comfortable double bed, and the breakfast is sensational with delicious fast food options.

The hotel was very convenient for visiting Aranjuez.

The decor was outdated and the place needs a major facelift.

This place is practical, spotless, and has a good selection for breakfast.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Its location was near the gardens of the palace. We had a bedroom and living room with a free Internet connection. Our room had no view (which we did not mind) but was very quiet and peaceful (which our priority).. It was clean with a jacuzzi bathtub. The breakfast buffet also had the things that we liked. All in all, it was excellent value for a three-star hotel.

I liked that they offered free WIfi, I was expecting it to be wireless, but you needed to connect, but besides that this was very useful.

The location of the hotel was great, only concern, not enough lighting in the bathrooms, Not a sound proof room, so when other guest come in late, the ego in the hallways is very loud, and this happens quite often making it difficult to sleep, especially if you are jet lagged

Convenient location 🌳

This place is situated right next to the palace, parks, river, and downtown. Also close to all the main tourist spots, making it an ideal spot to stay.

The room was warm and comfortable.

The restuarant was closed, it did not state ths on the internet. No tea or coffee making in the rooms.
